Argosy Real Estate Partners III Holds Final Closing at $200 million

Argosy Real Estate is pleased to announce the final closing of Argosy Real Estate Partners III, L.P. and its parallel funds (“AREP III”) on March 31, 2015 at its hard cap of $200 million.

AREP III is a closed-end, commingled, fully discretionary real estate opportunity fund targeting multifamily, commercial, lodging, and for-sale residential lot investments in the United States. Argosy Real Estate focuses on investment opportunities in the lower middle market that require between $5 and $15 million of equity capital. AREP III has invested in twelve transactions committing $92 million of capital and currently has three transactions under letter of intent which will require $20 million of capital.
